Celvaris accepts payment via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, processed securely through Stripe. Orders are not dispatched until full cleared payment is received. Celvaris reserves the right to restrict available payment methods at any time.

6. Shipping & Risk

Celvaris ships research materials using secure packaging and appropriate handling. Once shipped, title and risk transfer to the purchaser. Celvaris is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers or customs
• Loss due to incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer
• Damage, degradation, or temperature exposure during transit

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of sterile research compounds, Celvaris cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. Refunds may be issued only when:

• The wrong product was shipped, or
• There is a documented defect or quality issue verified by our team

Celvaris Labs is operated by Zertanix LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Celvaris Labs submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or materials supplied. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside, where those laws cannot be waived by agreement.
