This policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of Celvaris research materials. It exists to prevent misuse, protect research integrity, and clearly establish Celvaris’ non-clinical, non-therapeutic role.

1. Research Use Only Status
Research Use Only
All Celvaris products are supplied strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. They are not intended for human or animal use in any form.
Celvaris products are not registered, approved, or evaluated as:
- Medicines, drugs, or therapeutic agents
- Human or veterinary products
- Foods, supplements, or cosmetics
- Diagnostic or clinical decision-making tools
Celvaris materials must never be administered to humans or animals and must not be used in any clinical, cosmetic, diagnostic, or therapeutic context.
Celvaris is not a pharmacy, compounding facility, or medical provider. Products are not approved or registered therapeutic goods in any jurisdiction.
2. Permitted Users & Legitimate Applications
Celvaris supplies materials exclusively for legitimate laboratory research contexts conducted by qualified individuals or organisations operating under appropriate oversight.
Permitted applications include non-clinical laboratory activities such as:
- In vitro and analytical research
- Assay development and validation
- Reference and comparison standards
- Method development and educational demonstration work
Celvaris does not assess or approve specific experimental designs or applications.
3. Prohibited Uses
Prohibited Applications
The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of Celvaris Terms of Service:
- Administration to humans or animals by any route
- Use in medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or wellness contexts
- Use in clinical trials or human experimentation
- Use in diagnostic testing or clinical decision-making
- Athletic performance enhancement, bodybuilding, or fitness applications
- Resale, redistribution, or diversion to non-qualified parties
- Formulation into consumer products (supplements, cosmetics, foods)
- Marketing or promoting materials with health-related claims
Customers must not represent Celvaris materials in any manner inconsistent with their Research Use Only status.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Celvaris, customers confirm that they:
- Possess appropriate qualifications, facilities, and oversight
- Operate under their own institutional, laboratory, or organisational SOPs
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements
- Maintain secure control of materials to prevent unauthorised access or misuse
- Are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory safety practices
Celvaris does not supervise, direct, or control how materials are used after delivery.
5. Customer Service Boundaries
Celvaris customer support is available for enquiries relating to:
- Order status, shipping, and delivery
- Batch verification and product specifications
- Policy clarification and account enquiries
- Technical product information within RUO scope
Enquiries We Cannot Assist With
Celvaris is unable to respond to enquiries requesting dosing guidance, concentration recommendations, reconstitution instructions for human or animal use, therapeutic recommendations, medical advice, health-related suggestions, or advice on self-administration or personal use.
Enquiries of this nature will be declined and directed to this Product Use Policy and the Legal Disclaimer.
6. Order Review, Refusal & Termination
Celvaris reserves the right to review, refuse, cancel, or terminate orders or accounts at its discretion where there is reason to believe materials may be misused, diverted, or used inconsistently with this policy or applicable law.
No obligation exists to supply materials where misuse risk is identified.
7. No Endorsement or Validation
Celvaris does not endorse, validate, or certify any experimental outcomes, methodologies, or interpretations derived from the use of its materials. All research outcomes and conclusions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This Product Use Policy operates alongside Celvaris’ Legal Disclaimer, Terms of Service, Safety & Regulatory Statement, and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Legal Disclaimer shall prevail.

9. Governing Law and Venue
Celvaris Labs is operated by Zertanix LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Celvaris Labs submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or materials supplied. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside, where those laws cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Severability
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
