What is a Batch Verification Report (BVR)?

A BVR is Celvaris’ standardised documentation format that presents manufacturer analytical data in a clean, consistent, verification-ready layout. BVRs contain manufacturer testing data: HPLC purity, mass spectrometry, peptide content, water content, residual solvents, and microbial limits where applicable.

Analytical Data Included in BVRs

HPLC purity analysis, mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for molecular weight confirmation, peptide content assay, Karl Fischer water content testing, residual solvents testing, microbial limits where applicable, and endotoxin data where available based on manufacturer testing.
