Conditions of supply
All materials supplied by Zertanix LLC, trading as Celvaris Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research use.
Permitted use
Materials are supplied solely for in vitro research and laboratory investigation by suitably qualified persons in appropriately equipped facilities.
Prohibited use
Materials supplied by Zertanix LLC, trading as Celvaris Labs are not for:
- human consumption or administration in any form;
- veterinary or animal use;
- therapeutic, clinical or diagnostic application;
- use as a food, cosmetic, dietary supplement or drug;
- resale or distribution for any of the above.
These materials have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any use in humans or animals.
Buyer responsibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research, that you are qualified to handle them safely, and that you accept full responsibility for their storage, handling and lawful use.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where intended use appears inconsistent with this policy.
